How to Make an Effective Wasp Trap With a Plastic Bottle.

There you go, now you know how to make your own wasp trap with a plastic bottle :-)

Easy, fast and efficient, right?

No more wasps preventing you from eating peacefully!

You will be able to eat on the terrace or have a picnic wherever you want.

Additional advice

- If there are no bees around, the simplest bait is of course sugar water which is a liquid that wasps love. You can put white sugar, syrup or even jam in it.

- If there are bees around, better choose red meat or raw fish instead of sugar water.

- Be aware that sudden movements must be avoided to ward off wasps. They are not aggressive and only sting when attacked. The easiest way is to spread them gently with an object that you have at hand.

Why does it work?

Wasps are attracted to the bait inside the bottle.

Once they get into the bottom of the bottle, they won't be able to come out because the neck is too narrow.

They will drown in the water without being able to extricate themselves.
