Great news:KNGF Guide Dogs organizes the Halloween Dog Tour on Saturday 28 October. During this sponsored walk, domestic dogs walk with their owners through the Amsterdamse Bos and thus contribute to the training of guide dogs. The Halloween Dog Tour takes place in the afternoon and evening in the Amsterdamse Bos. Any dog, from one year old, can participate, provided he is sponsored for at least €48. This amount symbolizes a week of training and care for a guide dog in training.
Each participating dog will receive its own illuminated collar at the start, with which it illuminates the path as guide dogs do every day for their disabled owner. The route, approximately 3.5 kilometers long, is attractively lit and at various points there are playful activities or special experiences for owner and dog.
